As the local government council poll is gradually drawing close, the APC Ward A councillorship aspirant in Ojodu LCDA, Hon Opeyemi Apatira has revealed his plans for the entire community.
Apatira who made this known in a ward meeting which held on Monday, May 24, 2021, noted that he is out to change the story of an average youth in the ward by providing an enabling environment for skill acquisition and development.
While revealing some of the projects he has accomplished in the LCDA, Apatira revealed his continuous personal distribution of sewing machines, hairdressing equipment, video cameras amongst several other things as a way of engaging the youths of Ojodu LCDA and promised to do more if elected.
Furthermore, he revealed that governance is about communication and his administration will not fail to speak with his people via a regular town hall meeting, should he become the next councillor of Ward A in Ojodu LCDA.
He also admonished the people not to sell their rights for a token because the future of the LCDA is bigger than whatever amount anyone is willing to offer.
