The unveiling ceremony of the Treasure Island Estate was held at the site on Thursday 20th January 2022 with massive attendance from the management, staff of the company, brand ambassadors, marketers and their clients.

On arrival, the Chief Executive Officer of Arc-View Investment Limited, Segun Oshundairo took the public on a tour of the site, in a bid to have a first-hand assessment of the landed property which covers 125 hectares of land space.
Speaking about the prospect of the land, Oshundairo said, the location of the Treasure Island Estate is economically viable, as it has lots of prospects for buyers and investors. He said the land is easily accessible and links about 3 jetties that connect the Island.
He added that once the 4th proposed mainland bridge project is implemented, residents of the estate would enjoy its benefits the most, as they could easily connect the Island and this by extension would increase the value of their property.
He, therefore, urged members of the public to tap into the opportunity, as he emphasized that the real estate business is a life investment that never fails.
Also speaking at the unveiling was one of the brand ambassadors of the company and veteran actor, Madam Idowu Phillips, popularly known as Iya Rainbow. She spoke about her joy promoting Arc-View Investment Limited which is based on their sincerity and diligence. She said she has never had any cause to regret working with the company and promoting its housing estates for over 3years. She advised the general public to patronise the Treasure Island Estate they are unveiling in Ikorodu as land is available at a cheap and affordable price, backed with a convenient payment plan. She said once payment is initiated, buyers get their land allocation without delay. She however revealed that with 8 Million naira, buyers would conveniently get a full plot of land measuring 600 square metres while 4 million naira would seal half a plot of land measuring 300 Square metres.
