Nigeria’s most popular prophet right now, and one who has continued to make headlines through his prophecies, Primate Ayodele is presently very upset. And it has nothing to do with the Nigerian government this time. It is about a video purportedly made by Primate Ayodele Elijah which has been making the rounds.
In the said video, the prophet was said to have made certain predictions about the outcome of the just concluded AFCON final between eventual winners, Senegal and runners up, Egypt. The prediction was that the Senegalese would’ve to score before the 78th minute of the match otherwise the Egyptians would lift the trophy.
But the founder of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, through his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, in a signed statement, has distanced himself from the said prophecy. He said: “Our attention has been drawn to a video currently making the rounds purportedly showing the highly revered Primate Ayodele making some spurious prophecy regarding the outcome of the just concluded AFCON final match between Egypt and eventual winners, Senegal. For the records, the last time Primate Ayodele spoke about the recently concluded African cup of Nations was on the 22nd of December, 2021.
He has not made any fresh prophecy regarding the final since then. And the video was not released by his media aide nor approved by him. The public is hereby advised to disregard the video as it was put out by some unscrupulous elements who are detractors of the enviable ministry of the hardworking man of God. Any video content, prophecy or press statement from Primate Ayodele must be signed by, approved and released by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin. Thank you all for your understanding.”
