RevolutionPlus Property Allocates Land To Customers In AJAH

Popular real estate company, RevolutionPlus property development company, last Friday, 4th February 2022, allocated one of their premium estates called DREAM CITY, on Abraham Adesanya Road, in Ajah, Lagos.

The concerned customers and realtors were full of joy as they were being given the portion of land.

More than 20 people got their allocation and those who weren’t around sent relatives to represent them and they had a video call confirming the authenticity of the event. The event attracted big personalities, celebrities, and many esteemed clients.

Popular actor, Odunlade Adekola, Broda Shaggi and gospel singer, Testimony Jaga, were present at the venue and throughout the allocation process, it was fun galore.

During the programme, the company through the MD, Dr Bamidele Onalaja, apologised on behalf of the Brand ambassadors who were subjected to cyberbullying targeted towards their fans who subscribed to our estates based on their recommendations. According to the MD: RevolutionPlus Property wishes to state that all our brand ambassadors in person of Mr Odunlade Adekola, Mrs Toyin Abraham Ajeyemi, Samuel Perry (Broda Shaggy) and Testimony Jaga have represented this company with a balance of loyalty to us and their fans. They have consistently interceded on behalf of their fans by tendering their issues and complaints which we have addressed and successfully resolved. So we appeal to all aggrieved subscribers, to please stop the defamation of their characters as they have always appealed on their behalf and have the best interest of their fans at heart”.

The MD also explain why many clients may be denied of allocation. “Before every purchase on any of our estates, prospective clients are given a subscription form to fill which contains FAQ and terms which binds both the company and the client, the clients are expected to read the terms and conditions, fill the form and duly execute before making payment for any of our estates. One of such terms is a 90 days deadline in which the client is required to pay for other stipulated charges, failure of which would lead to loss of allocation with the option of a refund or relocation to another estate.

Clients are allocated in batches. We may experience a slight delay in allocation when a specific number required to be sent to the Surveyor for processing has not been completed”
