WHITEROSE Properties Launches New Real Estate Project

The Lekki axis area of Lagos became a mini-pilgrimage on Saturday, May 9, 2022, as top Lagosians, celebrity men and women, realtors, businessmen and women, captains of Industries and well-wishers stormed the Buena Vendi estate in Lekki, where a new estate known as Camelot Mews by WhiteRose was being launched.

The event which started around 11 a.m was declared open when the CEO, Ms Shakira Ayobami Kareem arrived in her branded Land Cruiser Jeep. Her staff members and friends who were also present were dressed in beautifully branded white and red t-shirts.

It was a blend of business and pleasure as DJ Teddy was on the wheel of steel to provide entertainment for the host and guests. BUYERS TESTIMONIES

Of course, a couple of buyers spoke with InfoOnlineNews at the event. Some of them spoke with a lot of enthusiasm while others expressed satisfaction. One of the buyers who testified was Abubakar Mohammed. He expressed excitement at the fact that WhiteRose didn’t compromise standards in terms of the quality of materials used in the building project. He also revealed that the unique selling point for him was the availability of two living rooms in one apartment.

For Tade Pearl, another buyer said that it is the consistency and display of excellence at all times that sets WhiteRose apart from other competitors. She also noted that Camelot Mews is the smartest investment that there is today in the real estate business.

She came to the event to show some love for the CEO of WhiteRose Properties, Ms Ayobami Kareem. On visiting the property, Laide Bkare was full of accolades for the project especially the quality of materials used in the building project.

Speaking about how competitive the market is today, the Nollywood celebrity who also launched her building project revealed that one may be tempted to go for lesser quality materials because of the cost of raw materials and production but Camelot Mews is a project in a class of its own. She further stressed that she isn’t surprised because the CEO is a woman of high taste and a perfectionist to the core.
