Oyo Deputy Governor Rauf Olaniyan has defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
He announced his defection from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in his private office, Ojoo, Ibadan, chatting with reporters.
The defection puts insinuations about his estranged relationship with Governor Seyi Makinde to rest.
