Classy NIKKAH @ Sheikh ONIKIJIPA's House
When she sent out her wedding invites a few days ago, it came as pleasant news to all her friends and family members. Popular celebrity lady, Hajia Nike Nafisat Balogun picked Thursday 24th March 2022 for her Nikkah to the love of her life Lukman.
The wedding was tagged NIKETOLA 2022. On that day, Hajia Nike Nafisat Balogun held a glamorous Nikkah ceremony.The
I.V reads: "You are Highly Invited to our Nikkah". It was scheduled
for 10am that Thursday. The venue of the Private Nikkah was the expansive
compound of the popular Sheikh Suleman Faruq Onikijipa in Lagos.
As
early as 9am that day, guests had started arriving. Many of them were celebrity
ladies who are friends of Nafisat. Some flew in from abroad and some came from
Abuja.
And
so last week the celebrity lady, Hajia Nafisat Balogun held her glamorous Nikkah ceremony. The Nikkah,
held at the residence of the great Islamic scholar and Grand Mufti of Ilorin,
Sheikh Sulaimon Farouk Onikijipa, was conducted by him.
Sheikh
Onikijipa is the spiritual father of the bride. She is very close to Sheikh
Onikijipa and his wife Alhaja Ramotallahi. She holds them in high esteem and
never jokes with the family. The Nikkah proceedings went smoothly and was
supervised by the great scholar himself, after which he prayed for the new
couple, that Allah put lots of blessings in their marriage. Each segment of the
proceedings was fun and done according to Islam tenets.
The
new couple had a classy arrival at the ceremony as they were called at
intervals while Islamic praises were sung to cheer them, as they joined the
gathering. The couple was admonished after which the requirements of the Nikkah
were verified and then the lovely couple was joined by the Sheikh, as the groom
slot the wedding ring into the finger of the new bride as a sign of an
everlasting union between them.
Later
on, the couple had a fair share of the fun, as they proceeded to cut the
wedding cake, took photo sessions before they graced the dance floor to merry,
as their friends and well-wishers joined them in celebration.

dignitaries who graced the occasion were Princess Toyin Kolade, the Iyalaje
Odua (Worldwide), Alhaji Ishola Saheed Ayedun (Isolak Films), Alhaji Kazeem
Jolayemi Kazo Lawyer, Alh. Sanusi Teslim (CEO of Jeje Ola Properties), Alhaji

Hajia
Ramotallah Onikijipa, the beautiful wife of the Sheikh also played a key role.
She not only attended the ceremony that was held in her domain, but she also played the
role of Big Mummy to the Bride, who she treats like her daughter.
