Mr. LATIN, TANTALA, MC MURPHY Honoured

 ...With Awards, At Sweet Awards In ABEOKUTA

 


In what was a rewarding gesture towards personalities who have supported the growth of a top Real Estate Company in Ogun State known as Sweet Estate, a good number of celebrities including popular actor, Otunba Bolaji Amusan better known as Mr Latin, ace broadcasters, Chief Moruf Shorounke better known as MC Murphy, Chief Sunday Ogunsola better known as Tantala, and some others have been honoured with special recognition awards tagged: Sweet Awards.

The event was the 5th-anniversary party of Sweet Estate, and it took place on Sunday, 22nd May 2022, at Amazing Grace Event Centre, Kuforiji Olubi, Agbeloba, Abeokuta.

Other personalities who were honoured with different categories of the awards in appreciation of their contributions to the exceptional mileage Sweet Estate has covered amongst Real Estate Companies in Ogun State included popular singer, Taiwo Oguntade better known as Taye Elese Meta, and eminent personalities in Gateway State such as Baale Tunji Falola, Architect Samson Popoola, Com. Shebi Ogunyemi, Bishop Jeremiah Ogunlola, Com. Soji Ganzalo, Oba Joseph Adeogun Ogunbona, Barrister Tosin Taiwo, Mr Adesina Ogunsola, Mr Dare Owoigbe, Chief (Mrs) Oluwaseun Falola, and a few others.

While speaking before the presentation of awards began at the well-organized event, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sweet Estate, Chief Olumide Falola traced the journey of the reputable company in the last five years from when they rented spaces to operate as office from NUT premises in Abeokuta, to Mawuko, to Agbeloba before they finally built their own office complex in Asero, Abeokuta, where they now operate from. He said the journey was worthwhile for the company due to the support of the people who were awarded at the event. And he urged them to keep supporting Sweet Estate like they have always done.

Part of the activities which occurred at the event was the support rendered to a father of triplets who lost his wife immediately after she was delivered to the babies. Sweet Estate raised funds for him to take care of his triplets. And a visually impaired aged man was also decorated as King of Sweet Estate, and a destitute woman was equally decorated as the Queen of Sweet Estate, being part of the charity mission of Sweet Estate to support the needy in the society. The King and Queen of Sweet Estate would be paid incentives by the company in the next year, for their upkeep.
