IBADAN Stands Still For FLIP TV Boss, BIODUN KUPOLUYI

 •As A Lot Of Celebrities Attend Mum's Burial

•As His Stylish Wife, RADEKE Dazzles

 


Last week Tuesday, 17th August was another work day which turned into a weekend in Ibadan. That day, media top shot, Biodun Kupoluyi, the CEO of Flip TV, gave his mum a befitting burial in Ibadan. It was a gathering of celebrity big boys and ladies who stormed the ancient city to celebrate with the Kupoluyis.

Late Mama Monisola Sariyu Kupoluyi died at the age of 80 after a brief illness. She is survived by successful children, including Olanrewaju Akinlade, Biodun Kupoluyi, Olubiyi Kupoluyi, Funke Fagbemi, Yemi Ekundayo, Dr Abiola Fawale, Bukola Ogboriefon, who all came together to host a grand burial for her.

One of Mama’s beloved sons is Biodun Kupoluyi, who is the first son of his late mum. He stormed Ibadan with his siblings to host guests at his mum's burial. All Mama’s children were supported by their spouses and they made sure everyone had a good time.

To celebrate the farewell party, the media community, as well as top society members assembled at the residence of late Mama Monisola Kupoluyi where the funeral service and interment took place. Shortly after the service, guests moved to Sablak Event Centre to wine and dine. The event was coordinated by a top-notch event outfit in Ibadan. Guests showed up in their choice of white outfits, pink Gele and Fila Ebi. The brain behind the uniform look is Biodun Kupoluyi’s wife, Radeke, the brain behind Radek Fashion Store, who supplied all the fabrics.

Biodun Kupoluyi is the brain behind Flip TV, E24/7 online magazine and Nollywoodnewsnowradio. He is well-adored and loved by many people within the society. This informs why prominent dignitaries stormed Ibadan to celebrate with the multiple award-winning pen pusher. Fondly called Dagogo by his close friends, Kupoluyi belongs to the class of dignified and good men within the media industry. He has helped to build and nurture many young journalists. He has also helped to advance the entertainment industry through his incisive writing and worthy contributions.

On the other hand, his wife, Radeke Kupoluyi, popularly called Radek by her friends, led over 100 ladies to Ibadan for her mother-in-law’s burial. The celebrity woman is a big-time clothier who deals majorly in maternity wear. She is very popular around the Ikeja axis, amongst celebrity women, because of her love for her friends and every person that comes in contact with her. She is one of the top executives at Alade Market. Let us also mention that she is a crowd-puller, a core society woman who drags many of her friends to parties. No wonder, her friends lit up the burial party in grand style. She is also very beautiful and highly industrious. She sits atop 3 outlets. Over the years, her brand has remained number 1 for maternity wear for corporate and sassy women.  Have you ever spotted her at any event? This dazzling woman is very stylish and knows how to combine colours. She dresses well and her choice of jewellery is second-to-none. She looked beautiful for the funeral service. She was seen wearing a crispy white cord lace, paired up with pink Sagoe gele and a pink bag and shoes. Her make-up was neatly done and her neck was decked with 18 karat gold jewellery.

At this party were many celebrity ladies who were there to honour her. They looked good in their white and pink combination. Amongst them were Iyalaje Oodua, Mrs Toyin Kolade who looked so beautiful in her white attire and beaded crown, so also is Ooni of Ife's sister, Folashade Ogunwusi-Fadairo, Jumoke Otitoju, Motunde Dosunmu, Alhaja Tai Elemosho, Lagos CPS’ wife, Bukola Gboyega Akosile, Mrs Mojeed Jamiu, former Commissioner, Steve Ayorinde’s wife, Tope Ayorinde, Mrs Yemi Alade, Mrs Dupe Olumide-Iyanda, Bisi Ipinlese, Tolitee Fashion CEO, Gbemisola Ariyibi Oke, RM Collection CEO, Ronke Okolo, Bola Dayo of Flourish Fashion, Elegant Fashion CEO, Mrs Mina, Mafuz Fashions, Bola Tella, Full Page Fashion boss, Bola Bankole, Temac Fabrics, Jadesola Alaso Oke, May Faoye, Adebimpe Alade, Ayomide, Jumoke of Seemless Events, Shade Abiodun of City Touch Events and others.
